In order to provide remote support for your computer, take the following steps:

  1. Click this link and carefully follow the instructions:
  2. Change the computer name in the Splashtop Streamer by clicking on the button as in this picture:
    • 10-streamer
  3. E-mail me your windows password (the one you use when you log into the computer) so I can access the account.  Keep in mind, with Windows 10, the password may be tied to your Microsoft account, so if you change that, it will change on your computer, and unless you e-mail me the updated password I will not be able to access the system.
